THE BFPA The Barbados Family Planning Association is one of Barbados oldest civil society organizations having been established by an Act of Parliament in 1954. At sixty one years, we continue to experience strong growth. During 2014 there was a changing of the guard with the retirement of longstanding Executive Director Mr. George Griffith and with Mrs. Juliette Bynoe-Sutherland Attorney-at-law and Health Planner assuming the organizations leadership.
