Barclay Group is a full-service, integrated real estate firm that develops, leases, and manages commercial and residential properties from large power centers to master-planned communities. The company was formed in 1986 and is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona and Tampa, Florida; the managing partners are David S. Coia, Scott T. Archer, and Daniel L. Vietto. Since its inception, the firm has developed over eight million square feet of real estate and expanded throughout the country. Barclay began by developing neighborhood centers and single-tenant buildings anchored by Publix, Walgreens, Target, and Frys. The company grew in size and scale of projects with the completion of over five power centers. Barclay Groups most notable project is the 1,000,000+ square feet Tucson Spectrum in Tucson, Arizona.
