Barcud Shared Services was created in 2012 by a group of four Welsh large scale voluntary transfer (LSVT) housing organisations seeking a more tailored, cost effective and value adding Internal Audit service. Due to its success and the need to provide services to a wider breadth of organisations, the Members formed Barcud Shared Services Limited, which was incorporated on the 2nd of August 2019.
