Barengi Gadjin Land Council Aboriginal Corporation (BGLC) represents the rights and interests of the Wotjobaluk, Jaadwa, Jadawadjali, Wergaia and Jupagulk Peoples (WJJWJ Peoples of the Wotjobaluk Nations), the Sovereign First Peoples of the Wimmera, Mallee and Gariwerd regions of western Victoria. We are the Registered Aboriginal Party under the Victorian Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006, Prescribed Body Corporate as defined in the Commonwealth Native Title Act 1993 and Traditional Owner Group Entity under the Victorian Traditional Owner Settlement Act 2010 for the Wotjobaluk Nations
