Bruce Arendse, our Principal Debt Counsellor, started his journey back in 2009 where he has had the privilege to work for 3 of the biggest Debt Counselling firms in the country. Bruce started his career as an agent for Debt Busters and later worked for Capitec Bank. Working at Capitec allowed him to see the other side of the process which is from a credit providers point of view. He was later promoted to a Team Leader within the Debt Review Department. After spending 4 years with Capitec Bank, Bruce decided to broaden his horizon and got an opportunity to Manage the Training and Compliance Department for National Debt Advisors. He played a fundamental role in the overall development of all staff, business processes and Quality Assurance. After 2 and a half years, Bruce was head-hunted to start the brand Debtline.
