Bay Area Womens Center

The Bay Area Womens Center serves Bay and Arenac Counties in Michigan. Our mission is to eliminate domestic violence and sexual assault in our service area. Services are free of charge and include crisis intervention, advocacy and safe haven for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, and violence prevention education to the community while actively pursuing social change. Our major objective is to create a comprehensive victim-centered community response to domestic violence and sexual assault through emergency shelter and counseling services, advocacy, and violence prevention education
