In addition, we offer rapid access to diabetes specialists, telephone appointments with doctors, certified diabetes educators, nurses, dietitians, access to fitness coaches, access to the latest diabetes interventions through clinical trials, specialized pharmacy services and an online patient portal. Our patient portal features the ability to view blood test results (within 48 hours for most tests), a personalized journal and secure Question & Answer with BC Diabetes staff with a response time of within 2 business days.
