BCM is a surface mining and civil earthworks contractor based in Ghana. The BCM Group began as Bayswater Contracting, a family firm in Western Australia in the early 1950s, primarily in the civil works and mining infrastructure construction business. Since 1990 the company has firmly established itself as a reliable earthworks and surface mining contractor. It is one of the most experienced and established mining contractors servicing the West African mining industry. We have expanded operations into Ivory Coast, Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Sierra Leone, Senegal and Jordan. We have an excellent team of dedicated and experienced employees. The BCM workforce is a well established blend of expatriates and national labour. Many of the national workforce have been with the company for 10 or more years, and have been trained from apprentices to become skilled, trusted and valuable employees.
