From the moment you walk through our doors, you are welcomed into an atmosphere of soothing mindfulness and healing. You are invited to relax as you are greeted by our warm and welcoming staff. You are offered a space to be supported and empowered by the community of providers and teachers that await you. Since 2018, Be Embodied, LLC, has chosen to build a new paradigm. Today, we continue to cultivate a radically different approach to the provision of mental, physical, and spiritual health by having them all under one roof. We are a thoughtfully designed, communal working space, dedicated to supporting private practitioners, making trauma informed yoga accessible and hosting holistic health and wellness-based activities.
