We have a passion for handcrafting the finest desserts possible. We are a North East family business, who manufacture fresh cream gourmet ice creams and high quality handmade patisserie. We are very proud to have accumulated over 90 Great Taste Awards (known as the food industrys Oscars) since first entering in 2002.
