Philadelphias Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS) has a comprehensive behavioral health system. DBHIDS is dedicated to promoting healthy behaviors and healthy communities through education and awareness building strategies. In 1996, DBHIDS founded and funded the Behavioral Health Training and Education Network (BHTEN) to support Philadelphias behavioral health system by planning, coordinating, and providing quality educational experiences.
