Beiersdorf Shared Services (BSS) is a wholly owned Beiersdorf affiliate with over 400 employees worldwide and is responsible for IT and Finance services for the Beiersdorf Group. BSS was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. Since 2022, the affiliate in Poznan, Poland, is a European hub of BSS. IT is a key driver of Beiersdorfs digital transformation and pursues the goal of adding value for consumers with innovative skin care products and solutions in a digitalized world based on a high-performing, agile, and competitive IT. Around 300 IT experts create the basis for growth and competitive advantages with future-oriented IT solutions and deliver a demonstrable value contribution to Beiersdorf as IT.
