In 2014, two fine dining chefs and a maitre d opened the doors to Belles Hot Chicken in a cozy Fitzroy diner. Part hot chicken joint, part natural wine bar, part block party, Belles was an industry game-changer and has grown to be the gold standard in not just hot chicken, but our approach to hospitality. In 2021 under new leadership, we reset Belles vision and strategy to return to our original neighbourhood restaurant roots. Offering up our signature Nashville-inspired comfort food, extensive and fun drinks offer, old-school hospitality and an energetic vibe second to none. Weve now significantly reset the dial in our existing venues and customer demand and love is at a record high!
