Bellevue Youth Theatre

Bellevue Youth Theatres mission is to provide all young people the chance to connect, grow and shine, regardless of ability and background, through theatre productions suitable for the entire family. We are a non-traditional recreation theatre program, uniquely designed to embrace young people from all backgrounds and abilities. Bellevue Youth Theatre puts every interested participant on stage. Every child is given an important role to play and no child is turned awaythe youth and their experience are more important. This results in an environment that promotes self-esteem and is attractive to youth who may not have the financial means or ability to be involved in other theatre programs. BYT also attracts youth who want to be part of a quality theatre program and can enjoy the company of their peers. This public government supported program is funded by the City of Bellevue Parks & Community Services and staffed by recreation professionals with backgrounds in the performing arts. ...
