Belltower Coffeehouse and Studio

Belltower was founded by two high school best friends in 2016 as a way to pursue artistic careers as potters. What evolved has become so much more... The reason we are called Belltower is simple. We want to be a meeting place and a landmark on this awesome skyline by supporting local artists and promoting the creative economy in Memphis. Everything you find in our store - from our coffee, tea, and food to our mugs, tables, art, and decor - is handmade by a different local artist. Our half coffeeshop / half pottery studio space was designed to create community around our work while providing accessibility to our craft. Coffee has served as our way of bringing people in and building a supportive community that is everything to us. We started in a 100 square foot storage unit filling up 5 gallon drums of water in our homes, and currently in our space we operate a coffeehouse that serves a variety of food and drinks using our handmade mugs, bowls, and plates.
