Benoni has been a family-owned home for the past 20 years. Well-established as an integral part of the community, we are passionate about delivering person-centred care to service users to the highest possible standard. Our team works together, ensuring residents are supported to continue to enjoy their hobbies whilst receiving support. We offer a wide range of activities, from board games and bingo to musical movement and puzzles. We also have a fantastic network of local creatives and small business owners who come in regularly for sessions such as pet therapy and zumba, and we take residents out in small groups for day trips. We prioritise the development of our staff, offering a wide range of training and development opportunities. Recent qualifications obtained by our staff include L3 Adult Care Diploma, L3 Healthcare Apprenticeships, L5 Assistant Practitioner Apprenticeship, Registered Nurse Degree Apprenticeships, and L5 Operations Management qualification.
