BOCS exists to nurture the well-being and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of persons affected by HIV/AIDS through compassionate health care and social services. Dental Clinic devoted exclusively to HIV/AIDS dentistry ours is the only clinic of its kind in Southeast Texas. Clients receive: emergency care; basic oral hygiene; treatment of lesions, ulcers and gum disease; dentures and other services. Omega House provides respite and end-of-life care in a safe and loving home-like environment where people with HIV who are in the late stages of life live their final days with dignity and in peace. Our 8 bed facility offers medical supervision, nursing care, pain and symptom management as well as emotional support and assistance with daily activities. Omega House is often the only option for end-of-life care for many who have nowhere else to turn and who might otherwise be forced to spend their final days in a much more expensive county hospital or tax-supported faci...
