Berks Ridge Company was founded in 1982 by Richard Kirkpatrick and has evolved from a builder of large custom homes to one of the Delaware Valleys larger and most respected commercial Construction Management firms. Richards background in hands-on masonry construction provided the foundation for growth into the construction of custom homes in Montgomery County, PA. One of Richards satisfied clients asked him to manage the construction of a commercial project and so began the transition from a residential builder to the manager of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Over the last thirty years, Berks Ridge has managed the construction of a wide variety of projects.
