BetterOasis is a residential and supported living accommodation services provider for 16+ children in England. We provide a safe and homely environment that stimulates social, emotional, and intellectual development encouraging young people to be independent and fulfil their full potential. Our Approach BetterOasis is guided by a pedagogy approach to working with young people. A common way of approaching pedagogy is as the art, science, and even craft of teaching personal development and independence. Pedagogy is the process of accompanying learners; caring for and about them; and bringing learning into life. We work with young people using the following approach; Animate encouraging young people to join with other others to bring to life their personal goals. Care we encourage young people in our care to be concerned about peoples needs and wellbeing and taking practical steps to help. Educate- we help the young people to reflect commit and act
