Bhumi Jati Power

PT Bhumi Jati Power is an Independent Power Producer (IPP) Company to develop Tanjung Jati B Unit 5 & 6 coal fired steam power plant in the Java Island as an expansion of the existing power plants in Tanjung Jati B complex Unit 1 to 4. PT Bhumi Jati Power entered into a long term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for Tanjung Jati B Unit 5 & 6 with PT. PLN (Persero) on 21st December 2015. Pursuant to the PPA, BJP will build, own and operate the 2 x 1,000 MegaWatt Coal Fired Power Plant located in Tanjung Jati B complex, Jepara Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia and will sell all of the electricity to PT. PLN (Persero) for a period 25 years after starting of the commercial operation.
