In 1996, Hawaiian Gingerade was brought to life on the Big Island of Hawaii. It was a simple mix of family farm-grown yellow ginger and organic lemon juice with filtered water and sweet agave nectar. This potent, healthy tonic soon made its way to the local brewerys menu, then onto the shelves at markets all over Hawaii. Eventually, we moved to California to keep up with production and help bring our growing line of drinks to the Mainland.
