BIG Power Yoga

BIG Power Yoga is a community of four yoga studios. Two in Houston, TX, one in Denver, CO, and one in Steamboat, CO. Founded and owned by Nancy Perry and Laura Rust. Nancy and Laura came together in 2011 with a commitment to create a yoga community in Houston unlike any other. They wanted to create an environment of inclusion, accessibility, fun, and depth hat brings people together. The name BIG is sourced from the Baptiste Yoga philosophy of Being up to something bigger than yourself, and just happened to align perfectly with our Texas locale, and with their vision for the growth of yoga in Houston. BIGs business philosophy is Im empowered, youre empowered, were empowered. In other words, any decision we make is with the empowerment of the entire community in mind, from the level of each of us as individuals, to our community of students, to our employees, to our community, and to the world.
