About Us

Bioeksen R&D Technologies is a biotechnology company established with the aim of developing and producing molecular diagnostic products for human health, animal health, food and water safety using Reverse Transcription and Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR and RT-qPCR) technologies. It was founded in 2014 and received R&D Innovation support from KOSGEB. Since its establishment, Bioeksen has completed 32 different R&D projects and produced 180 different molecular biotechnology products as a result of these projects. Bioeksen operates ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 quality management systems and has two production facilities in Istanbul and Hannover (Germany) with Class 7 Clean Room infrastructure, providing a daily production capacity of 2 million tests. Among the 580 biotechnology companies in the world producing molecular diagnostic kits, Bioeksen is one of the first 5% of firms to have approval from the World Health Organization and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
