Welcome, Bishop & Associates are a small firm of professional Building Surveyors based in Richmond, Surrey. We are members of the Chartered Institution of Building (CIOB). We primarily act as Project Managers on high end residential refurbishment and new building projects, and we also carry out both condition and full building surveys on all types of properties. As project managers for refurbishment, fitting out works and new build, we are able to offer a full service to our clients, from the selection of the project team and contractor to the coordination of works on site and relocation services.
