BITS Goa Rocket Team

BITS Goa Rocket Team was founded to design, build, test, and successfully launch and LAND an amateur rocket propelled by an internally developed propulsion mechanism, with the objective of achieving both launch and precise landing capabilities through retro-propulsion. In the current phase (i.e. phase 2), the team is building a small Hybrid Engine with an impulse of 980 N-sec to test its various systems, including its on-flight computer system. Subsequently, in the upcoming phase, the team intends to construct a scaled-up version of the phase 2 rocket, designed to function as a sounding rocket
