Blackpool Carers Centre

Blackpool Carers Centre are a charity working directly to support carers living in Blackpool who are providing unpaid care for a loved one, friend, neighbour or family member. Our aim is to make life better for carers and help them manage their caring role alongside the stresses of everyday life. The team at Blackpool Carers offers both practical and emotional support to carers as young as 5 years old, although there are no age limits to say when an unexpected caring role can strike and the training and support offered covers a wide-range of physical and mental health conditions. There are projects specifically for families and those who are engaging with support for substance misuse, as well as training and support for those caring for Dementia or mental ill-health.
