Blockchain For Impact (BFI) is a catalyst funder from the global blockchain industry that, in coordination with fellow partners, strives to forge multi-sectoral collaborations that deliver long-term and equitable preparedness mechanisms to address Indias overstretched and under-resourced healthcare infrastructure and help marginalized and vulnerable communities. Founded by Sandeep Nailwal, co-founder of Polygon (aka Matic), who brought together a community of innovators to help the people of India tackle the Covid-19 health crisis, BFI takes over the baton from the CryptoRelief fund initiative, with a mission to create transformational change in the health infrastructure, leveraging skills, technology, organizational network, and funds alongside like-minded partners to support the public health system - now and in the future.
