Blue Ribbon Restaurants-Novi, LLC, a franchisee of Famous Daves of America, Inc, has been operating in the Metro Detroit area for 18 years. Today, we own and operate four Metro Detroit area Famous Daves (Westland, Taylor, Novi and Roseville) and 11 additional Famous Daves in Chicago, Cleveland and DMV (Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia) markets. Famous Daves of America, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of BBQ Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:BBQ). Famous Daves was founded by Famous Dave Anderson, whose passion for BBQ led him on a 25-year cross-country trek to find the best regional BBQ recipes in the country before opening the first Famous Daves in Hayward, Wisconsin.
