bne IntelliNews was created in 2014 with the merger of business new europe and Emerging Markets Direct. bne IntelliNews is a part of New Sparta Holdings. business new europe (bne) was founded in 2006 by a group of journalists who had been covering emerging Europe for more than a decade.
