In 1927 Jose Antonio Robles comes with his family in the area Moriles Montilla Cordoba, a place where the production of fortified wines is an important economic activity. Without any knowledge of the sector, but driven by an entrepreneurial spirit that would later be transmitted to their descendants, launches the Bodegas Robles. In 2000, Bodegas Robles offers the markets first certified organic wines belonging to a designation of origin in southern Spain.
