Bogazici Yonetim AS was established in 1997 as a public affiliate company of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality to provide integrated facility management services in mass housing. To date, by providing services that add value to the management of common living and common use areas at 33 provinces, approximately 650 facilities and 220,000 independent sections, it has contributed improving the quality of life at city. Today, with approximately 6,500 personnel, the company serves at common living areas, iconic facilities and collective residences of Istanbul, which is one of the few cities in the world with its unique features.
