Bohai Securities Co., Ltd. is an investment banking company based out of 8 BINSHUI WEST ROAD, NANKAI DISTRICT, Tianjin, China. Formerly known as Bohai Securities Limited Liability Company, it was established through the merger and reorganization of the securities business departments of four trust institutions: Tianjin Securities Limited Liability Company, Tianjin International Trust and Investment Company, Tianjin Trust and Investment Company, Tianjin Northern International Trust and Investment Company, and Tianjin Binhai Trust and Investment Co., Ltd.
