Bonita Practice Solutions is a doctor-founded and doctor-led dental support organization (DSO) serving more than 20,000 New Englanders annually by way of 7 supported dental offices across the eastern half of Massachusetts. Founders, Drs. William Herr and Andrew Luccio, set out on a mission in 2018 to bring to market a support organization centered on the premise of leveling the playing field for privately held, independent dental offices sharing alignment on the integral core values of patient and clinician autonomy, continuity of care, and relationship building.
