Boone-Ritter Insurance Service Co. was formed in Springdale, AR on March 16, 1968 when life long friends Joe Sandy Boone and James Ritter merged their two agencies to form one full service independent insurance agency. The agency wrote mostly life insurance until 1975 when Larry Clinkscales was brought in as a third partner. Larry had spent several years in the insurance business and was able to grow the property and casualty side of the agency.
