Kim Borcherding has worked in both retail and OEM automotive her entire 35 year career. Kim became the dealer operator of Borcherding Enterprises and a shareholder, after the death of her late husband, Ron Borcherding. Mr. Borcherding panned his estate in such a manner that if Kim worked hard and was successful in business, she would be able to earn stock each year held through a trust that he established. Kim has been successful for the past 10 years and has now acquired majority ownership of the stock in the company. She has managed through economic cycles, corporate reorganizations and downsizing in the industry. In July, 2010, she also acquired a NAPA Jobber Store to further serve Do It Yourself and wholesale clients in the Mason, Ohio area. In April, 2011, she added a new franchise known as Business Choice that serves the needs of fleet, government and commercial truck/van customers.
