Now more than ever, it is important to work with a lender that has your best interests at heart. This is not a new concept but as we have seen by the recent credit crisis, many lenders did not follow this principle. I am proud to say that in my 18 yrs as a Professional Loan Officer, I have never once given my clients one of the Toxic Arms that is now hurting many homeowners and the economy at large.
