Father Flanagans Boys Home (also known as Boys Town) was founded in 1917 as an orphanage, but has evolved over the past one hundred years into a national leader in the care and treatment of children. As one of the largest nonprofit, nonsectarian child and family service organizations in the United States, Boys Town offers a broad spectrum of services through its Continuum of Care. Boys Town youth, family, community, and health care programs touch the lives of more than 2 million people across the country every year. Guided by our mission, Changing the way America cares for children and families, Boys Town programs focus on saving children and healing families.
