BPS Tensegrity is a holistic health centre located in Sydney. We provide many evidence based health services such as Physiotherapy, Nutrition, Pilates, Massage, Exercise Physiology and Meditation however unlike other holistic health centres we are totally cohesive. No more confusing referrals, poor treatment outcomes or lost goals. BPS Tensegrity deals with total health in an integrated fashion, thereby taking the puzzle out of total health! We aim to implement a biopsychosocial approach to health, improving the total wellbeing of its community. We believe that health is a holistic term relating to a complex interconnected system of the biological, psychological and social aspects of an individuals life.
