BRAGSA

BRAGSA is the acronym for The Roads Buildings and General Services Authority. It is a statutory organisation established in 2009 by the government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines through an Act of Parliament (Act No. 23 of 2009). BRAGSAs mandate is the management and supervision of the construction and maintenance of roads and buildings, stone-crushing, quarrying and construction operations of the Government of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. BRAGSA sells products and provides services to the general public on a commercial basis. These features together make BRAGSA a very unique entity, and provide it with the double challenge of having to meet the public satisfaction and expectation while at the same time operating in a manner that will allow it to balance income and expenditures.
