Brain Injury Services helps children and adults with a brain injury build the skills and confidence they need to lead a fulfilling and productive life. The organization was the first community-based brain injury case management program of its kind in Virginia. It was instrumental in guiding other communities across the Commonwealth that utilize this model program. In 2002, Brain Injury Services was awarded a Commonwealth Neurotrauma Initiative Grant to establish the first pediatric brain injury case management program.
