BREB is dedicated to helping its member REALTORS achieve their real estate related goals by providing effective, quality service through our knowledgeable, innovative, professional Board Committees and Staff who, working together in a co-operative environment, make extraordinary things happen regularly. The term REALTOR and associated marks refer to real estate professionals in Canada who are members of the Canadian Real Estate Association and, as such, subscribe to a high standard of professional service and strict Code of Ethics. Only licensed members of The Canadian Real Estate Association are allowed to use the REALTOR marks in reference to themselves or their real estate business. The MLS trademark family is exclusively licensed by CREA to local real estate Boards and Associations to identify thier real estate database systems, and to Brokers and salespeople who are members of such Boards to indicate they have access to those MLS systems
