BRAZIL P&I, correspondents in Brazil for the major P&I Clubs, is a claims handling hub at the service of the shipping community. Formed by British and Dutch former merchant marine Captain and officers, engineers, shipping experts, lawyers and claims adjusters, the company was established from the expansion of Pandibra McLintock Services Ltda - Santos/Brazil. BRAZIL P&I, a member of the South American P&I Correspondents Association (SAPIC), provides high quality services with the expertise of its staff and attends all types of claims at Brazilian ports, such as oil pollution, cargo, personal injury, collision, stowaways, etc. BRAZIL P&I through loss prevention initiatives seeks to reduce losses by preparing legal advice, cargo inspections and providing information concerning changes in legislation, as well as organizing seminars and lectures.
