OUR FIRM Founded originally by Paul Breen in 1997 as a Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire & Life Safety Engineering consultancy, BREEN launched its Civil Department in 2004. In 2005, BREEN moved to its current location, a spacious design suite in Torrance, CA. In 2007, a Structural Department was added. Today, BREEN DESIGN GROUP is a well-established local and national engineering resource, providing high quality Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection engineering design. In 2017, BREEN brought on board a licensed Architect and created our now Architectural department to address our clients demands for a more comprehensive service. BREEN Engineers and Architects are licensed in California and several other states. Many carry LEED AP accreditation.
