WELCOME Welcome to Bridge the Gap, we are a C.I.C dedicated to improving the mental health of children, parents and teachers in Derby City and beyond. We want children to form a connection with Bridge the Gap so that, should they require our support in a more reactive way, we have already begun forming a positive relationship with them. We want Bridge the Gap to be a constant in childrens lives so that they can continue to access our sessions in a proactive way. Just like keeping fit physically, we need to keep emotionally fit as well. We send out 50 care packages a month to vulnerable children in Derby City and offer regular safe spaces with members of our multi disciplinary team. We deliver quality training for schools who are committed to supporting whole school well-being. 1:1 support, small group session, free resources, free drop-ins for parents and a wonderful community of both young and old.
