Brighton City Airport (formerly known as Shoreham Airport), is one of the worlds oldest commercial airports. Our terminal building was built in 1936 and boasts a clean geometric exterior, a stylish modern interior including many original and restored Art Deco features, from the ceiling decorations down to the light switches. From the terminal, you can look out onto the busy airfield and beyond to the imposing Gothic chapel of Lancing College, nestled in rolling hills of the South Downs National Park. We are open 7 days a week and offer convenient access to everything the South East has to offer. Minutes from the A27, the airport has excellent road access to the local area and great transport links to London, France and further into Continental Europe.
