Our more than 1,100 South Tyrolean farmers work with zeal day in day out to preserve the ancient tradition of mountain agriculture, supplying us with precious mountain dairy milk. It is our job to preserve the raw milk properly in order to keep its properties intact, working with tireless commitment to guarantee maximum product quality. Thanks to the processing of the mountain dairy milk into unique mozzarella and other delicious Italian fresh cheese specialties we obtain a fair milk price for the members of our cooperative, thereby guaranteeing their subsistence and the continuation of the activities performed by South Tyrolean dairy farmers families.
