Broken Hill GP Super Clinic

Established in December 2013, the Broken Hill GP Super Clinic provides multidisciplinary, patient centered care and services, while at the same time supporting and training the healthcare professionals of the future. Outback Family Practice was established in 2000 by Dr Rosalind Menzies. She was joined by Dr Funmilola Komolafe in 2002. In partnership since 2006, they developed the practice to a large multidisciplinary health organization with multiple sites, and continued to formulate plans for new premises to assist in expanding the vision of providing a vibrant multidisciplinary health service to the community of Broken Hill. The practice obtained funding from the National Rural and Remote Health Infrastructure Program in 2010 to assist in that expansion program.
