We provide individual and family therapy to support people with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, adhd, trauma, dysregulation in childhood, defiance, school refusal and difficult family dynamics. We are a diverse group of clinicians who practice in a variety of ways. We are informed by psychodynamic principles. This means that we believe that relationships matter and that our past helps to form who we are today.
