Its mission is to buy distressed assets while providing full service renovations and rehabilitation services to the New York/New Jersey market of commercial, single family & multi-family real estate. The company has experience with over 70+ formerly distressed residential/commercial real estate in New York City. The current strategy is to do gut renovations for resale and provide rentals in the NYC, Westchester County (Mt. Vernon), and Long Island marketplace. This represents about $50 million in committed capital to these projects. The management team and advisers have over 100 years combined experience as entrepreneurs, real estate professionals, investment bankers and construction professionals.
