Brunei Energy Services & Trading Sdn Bhd (BEST), formerly known as PB Trading Sdn Bhd was established on 10th January 2012 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Brunei National Petroleum Company Sdn Bhd (PetroleumBRUNEI). Following the organizational restructure of PetroleumBRUNEI in 2020, PB Trading officially changed its name to BEST on 29th September 2020 and is now under the purview of Brunei Energy Holding Sdn Bhd. BEST is a wholly owned subsidiary of Brunei Energy Holdings Sendirian Berhad (BEH); which is wholly-owned by the Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam under the Minister For Finance Corporation (MOFC). Under the BEH umbrella, BEST provides manpower, resource and services to its affiliate sister companies BEE, BEP and BEIOC in respect of upstream petroleum activities, both domestic and international.
